Dartmoor Soap Company Delivery Information
We can deliver items anywhere in Mainland UK. Delivery outside the UK Mainland is possible, please contact us for a quote.
Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through PayPal, or once funds have cleared if paying offline. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail or courier, and should be with you within 2 – 5 working days.
We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Delivery is between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time. The delivery date will be agreed and confirmed with you and a signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required. If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from a local Royal Mail Post Office.
The goods will be held by the local Royal Mail Post Office for a maximum of sixteen days.
Parcels up to 2kgs are sent using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class service.
Parcels over 2kgs and up to maximum 30kgs are sent by courier, which we will dispatch within 48 hours from receipt of payment (excluding weekends).
This service may exclude certain destinations in the British Isles. Please contact us by email to confirm delivery to your preferred location.
We aim to process all weekday orders within 24 hours of ordering, and weekend orders on the following Monday. If this is not possible we will contact you.
Please note – all delivery times are approximate and during promotional/seasonal periods, delivery via the Royal Mail and couriers, may take longer.
