Can I have a free sample to try before I buy?
We often get requests for free samples and unfortunately cannot afford to send these to everyone. Our smaller guest soaps and shampoo bars are available in all our scents and all orders are sent with a little soap sample.
Which soaps are suitable for sensitive skin?
We would always recommend using an unscented soap for sensitive skins. Our gentle unscented range has had great results and feedback from many happy customers of all ages whose skin has been calmed after using our products. Can you include a gift note with my order?
Yes of course, we would be happy to do so for free, just let us know what you would like it to say at checkout. If you would like your order gift wrapped please tick the gift wrap box next to the product(s) you have chosen.
How do you use a shampoo bar and will it suit my hair?
Hair types are very different but when making the switch from a bottle to a bar we would always recommend you read the advice in our post on Shampoo Bars.
Will you be running any more workshops this year?
Yes! We are very pleased to be able to offer workshops in our new studio near Okehampton. You can book these on a 1-2-1 basis or in a group of up to 4 freinds and choose the date and time that suits you. We no longer advertise set dates and can schedule these to suit your needs. Please see the Workshops page for more details.
We have also recently launched a very exciting new workshop package whereby you can purchase a DIY kit containing everything you need to make soap in the comfort of your own home. Each kit includes a free 1/2 Zoom call with Sophie to talk your through the process and make sure you are comfortable before you start. These DIY kits are also available for candles and aromatherapy bath truffles.

Can we visit you at your Studio and Shop?
Yes, absolutely, we would love to see you. Please email in advance though so we can make sure someone is there and give you directions.
We have tried contacting you on the phone but no one is answering.
We are very sorry you have not been able to get hold of us. We are usually in the studio Monday – Friday 9 – 4.30pm but if we don’t answer we are probably busy in the making room stocking up the shelves. If you leave a message we will get back to you but it is much quicker to email email@example.com.
When will I received my order?
We aim to process all weekday orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery should be between 2 – 5 days from receipt of payment but this may take longer during promotional/seasonal periods (these timings are approximate). Please also see our Delivery section, via our home page, for further information.
Can I order over the phone?
The quickest and easiest way for you to place and receive your order is via our website. You can pay via PayPal (use this option to use a credit or debit card too), BACS or collect direct from our Studio, free of charge. If you are unable to use any of these options, please give us a call, or email, and we will do our best to help you.
How can I order a Gift Card?
From our Home page, please select Shop, then Gift Vouchers. We provide eGiftCards from £5 (these can be emailed to your or your recipient) as well as Gift Vouchers and Workshop Gift Vouchers from £20, which will arrive in the post.
How do I leave a Review?
